Concours Prep Concours Prep will have secure and dedicated areas in the Leopard parking lot (140 cars) adjacent to the Convention Center and in the Kilimanjaro Ballroom (50 cars). These areas will be available starting Friday, June 10th at 9:00 AM on a first-come first-served basis. Cars in the Ballroom MUST have plastic sheeting under the car which the entrant must supply. Blue Painter’s tape must be used on the carpet. A piece of plywood is required under jacks and floor stands. Electrical cords for additional lighting, vacuums, etc. must be supplied by the entrant as well. Those prepping in the Leopard lot may wish to bring an EZ Up. There will be no aerosol products (especially painting supplies) allowed inside. All painting must occur outside at least 500 feet or more from any entrance.
Trailing Parking If you indicated when registering that you will be trailering, you will be receiving an email with details of trailer parking and unloading. Briefly, all trailer parking will be at the Mt. Airy Casino Resort located just 4 miles from the Kalahari Resort. You may drive your trailer to the Kalahari Resort to unload your car and supplies; but no trailer parking will be allowed at Kalahari Resort.
