Wood-Fire Pizza Making Class Tuesday, June 14, from 12 – 1:30 PM Sortino's Italian Kitchen $30 per person Limit of 30 people.
Held in Sortino's Italian Kitchen, the Chef will teach guests how to knead and toss pizza dough properly. Guests will get to sauce/top their pizzas, bake them in the open wood fire oven, and enjoy lunch. Includes one soft drink; the bar will also be available for purchasing additional soft drinks/alcoholic beverages.
Beer Tasting Wednesday, June 15, from 2 – 4 PM North Atrium $40 per person Limit of 200 people. Join us for a festive German Biergarten experience! Enjoy three samples of local breweries paired with a soft pretzel and snack bite. Be sure to collect your beer mug at the end of the event as a souvenir!
Cookie Decorating Class Thursday, June 16, from 1 – 2:30 PM $30 per person Limit of 20 people
This interactive event will be held in Kalahari Banquet Kitchen (in the heart of the Convention Center and an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience!). Each person will receive five cookies to decorate (shapes will be themed for summer and cars) and royal icing made in bags. The Executive Pastry Chef will demo how to flood the cookies/decorate and assist each participant. Cookies will be packaged and taken at the end of the session.
Old Fashioned Cocktail Class Thursday, June 16, from 2 – 3:30 PM $35 per person Limit of 12 people (6 smokers; 2 people per)
Want to elevate your cocktail skills? Join us for this interactive class in Double Cut Steakhouse on how to make the perfect Old Fashioned and take it to the next level by enjoying it cherry smoked. Class includes instruction, a cocktail recipe, and a light bite.
Truffle Making Class Friday, June 17, from 1 – 2:30 PM $35 per person Limit of 20 people
This interactive event will be held in Last Bite Chocolate Shop, in the main lobby of Kalahari Resort. The Chef will speak about how chocolate is made, Kalahari's custom chocolate blend, how to temper chocolate, and demonstrate the skills on truffles. Each guest will receive eight truffle shells, a choice between five fillings, and several options of toppings to roll them in. All truffles will be packaged and taken at the end of the session.
Art Classes with PCA Porsche Parade Artist Kelly Telfer Porsches and Prosecco: Wednesday, June 15 from 11 – 12:30 PM Porsches and Pinot: Wednesday, June 15 from 4 – 5:30 PM The cost is $25 per person; pre-registration is required, and there is a capacity of 25 painters for each class.
