Bus Tour to Barley Creek Brewery Barley Creek Brewing Company is the Pocono Mountains original brewpub and was established in 1995 with a traditional Pennsylvania timber-frame barn construction. Barley Creek is home to a Brewery and Distillery where they make their own beer and spirits and was the first microbrewery in the Pocono Mountains since Prohibition.
Since their opening they’ve brewed more than 100 different styles of beer and opened a small-batch distillery for vodka, whiskey, rum and other spirits. On Monday night after the Concours is finished, you will board buses that take you to Barley Creek for a casual outdoor dinner. You will dine on a premium pig roast dinner consisting of roasted pig with three BBQ sauces, homemade macaroni and cheese, garlic and herb roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans, pasta salad, potato salad, fresh fruit salad, corn bread and brownies. Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price. There is also a chicken option for those who don’t like or can’t eat pork. Now, that’s a feast! Parade attendees will be in a reserved area outdoors in The Pint Size Park & Biergarten, a one-of-a-kind outdoor dining area and event space featuring a large patio and pavilion with outdoor seating, a Tiki Bar, and yard games. There are also two large tents reserved in case it decides to rain. This dinner event should nicely cap off Day 1 of Parade for those who register, so sign up early before it sells out!
